*DO NOT UPDATE FIRMWARE - Doing so will erase chipless firmware removing its ability to use refillable inkjet cartridges and will require software restoration.

What ink is included?
Paper Bryan Company sources the highest quality heat transfer eco-solvent ink that rivals the most premium brands. Our sub ink is designed specifically for this machine and it utilizes the factory color profile, perfect for bright, vibrant results.
What is chipless modification?
This eco-solvent printer uses a chipless modification to enable the user to use refillable cartridges without the ongoing use of ink chips.
You will receive a restoration code at time of purchase to restore the machines modified software in the event it ever needs restored.
Do NOT update firmware when prompted by the machine. We recommend disabling this notification.
How do I manage eco-solvent ink levels?
Ink levels are managed with a visual inspection of the clear, refillable ink cartridges that come included, and prefilled with heat transfer eco-solvent ink.

Do you warranty this machine?
All machines offered by us come included with warranty against dead on arrival products, defects as determined by us, and damages as the result of shipping, within 14 days of delivery.
Are you able to ship to a PO Box?
No, unfortunately we cannot ship to a PO Box.
How will my order ship?
Paper Bryan Company uses UPS Ground services. 3 Day Select, 2 Day Air and Next Day Air services are available upon request. Please message us with your physical address and we’ll prepare some rates for your consideration.
When will my order ship?
We ship your order fast! We only offer machines in stock on hand, and we ship your order within 24 hours or one business day, Monday through Friday. *We do not ship on holidays, weekends or any other time UPS does not offer pickup for Ground packages.
Do you offer returns?
No we’re sorry, we do not offer returns on this product once the product has been opened. This is a customize machine for you. In the event of defects or damage, the machine will be replaced with another brand new machine within our warranty period.
