What is chipless modification?
This sublimation printer uses a chipless modification to enable the user to use refillable cartridges without the ongoing use of ink chips.
You will receive a restoration code at time of purchase to restore the machines modified software in the event it ever needs restored.
Do NOT update firmware when prompted by the machine. We recommend disabling this notification.
How do I manage sublimation ink levels?
Ink levels are managed with a visual inspection of the clear, refillable ink cartridges that come included, and prefilled with heat transfer sublimation ink.
Is this machine easy to setup?
XP 4100 / XP 4105 is made simple to setup with included step by step guide.
Do you offer technical support?
Paper Bryan Company offers free technical support to all of our customers via telephone and email.
What’s the difference between this machine and one at the a retail store?
This XP-4100 / XP-4105 has been modified by us for sublimation work. The retail store model can be converted with software and other accessories, but isn’t the same machine being offered. This machine is turnkey, and is offered with support from us.
Do you warranty this machine?
All machines offered by us come included with warranty against dead on arrival products, defects as determined by us, and damages as the result of shipping, within 14 days of delivery.
Are you able to ship to a PO Box?
No, unfortunately we cannot ship to a PO Box.
How will my order ship?
Paper Bryan Company uses UPS Ground services. 3 Day Select, 2 Day Air and Next Day Air services are available at checkout.
When will my order ship?
We ship your order fast! We only offer machines in stock on hand, and we ship your order within 24 hours or one business day, Monday through Friday. *We do not ship on holidays, weekends or any other time UPS does not offer pickup for Ground packages.
Do you offer returns?
No we’re sorry, we do not offer returns on this product once the product has been opened. This is a customize machine for you. In the event of defects or damage, the machine will be replaced with another brand new machine within our warranty period.
